Terms of Service

RetailInterior provides AI-assisted tools for producing and editing interior-design visualizations from plans, images and written briefs. AI output can be inaccurate or inconsistent and is intended as a visualization aid, not as architectural, structural, engineering, regulatory or safety advice.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan credits reset at each billing date and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs remain valid for the period shown on the pricing page. Prices, taxes, renewal terms and included credits are displayed before purchase.

Creem is our merchant of record and handles payment, tax, invoices, cancellations and eligible refunds. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues for the already-paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us and our providers a limited license to host, process, transmit and modify it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process that content.

Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated output for personal and commercial projects. Because AI systems can produce similar output for different users, we cannot guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, non-infringement or suitability for a particular purpose. You must review output before relying on or publishing it.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block a prompt, suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, payment partners or the service.

We work to keep RetailInterior available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, models, credit costs and limits may change. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated where required.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk or repeated violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
