Terms of Service

RetailInterior provides AI-assisted tools for producing and editing interior-design visualizations from plans, images and written briefs. AI output can be inaccurate or inconsistent and is intended as a visualization aid, not as architectural, structural, engineering, regulatory or safety advice.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Plan credits reset at each billing date and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months. Welcome credits and referral rewards do not expire. Prices, taxes, renewal terms and included credits are displayed before purchase. Credit packs can be purchased only while you have an active plan.

Stripe processes payments and provides the customer billing portal. You can use that portal to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals, while your plan access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Refund requests are handled by RetailInterior subject to applicable law and the terms shown at purchase.

Active Starter and Studio subscribers may invite new users with their personal referral link. The referring subscription must be active when the invited user creates an account and when the referral reward is earned. Self-referrals and referrals of existing accounts are not eligible. A referral link is remembered in the invited person's browser for up to 30 days.

Once the invited account makes its first successful, non-zero payment for a subscription, 10 credits are added to each account. Account creation, free trials and credit-pack purchases do not trigger a reward. Each invited account can trigger this reward once. Referral credits do not expire. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us and our providers a limited license to host, process, transmit and modify it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process that content.

Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated output for personal and commercial projects. Because AI systems can produce similar output for different users, we cannot guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, non-infringement or suitability for a particular purpose. You must review output before relying on or publishing it.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block a prompt, suspend access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, payment partners or the service.

We work to keep RetailInterior available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, models, credit costs and limits may change. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated where required.

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk or repeated violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or loss of data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
