You need an active Starter or Studio subscription to use the referral program. Your plan must be active when your referral signs up and when their paid subscription triggers the reward. Free accounts and free trials cannot refer others. A scheduled cancellation remains eligible until the paid period ends.

You both receive 10 credits after your partner’s first successful, non-zero subscription payment. Creating an account, starting a free trial or buying a credit pack does not trigger a reward.

Ask them to open your personal referral link before creating their account. The link is remembered in that browser for 30 days. Referrals apply to new accounts only.

No. Referral credits have no expiration date. Each invited account can earn one reward for you and one for your partner.
