Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as your name and email address; authentication and security information such as session, device and IP data; billing identifiers and transaction status supplied by our payment provider; and the files, prompts, project information, brand guidelines and feedback you submit to the service.

We may also collect product-usage and diagnostic events so we can operate, secure and improve RetailInterior.

We use this information to provide accounts and requested generations, store your projects, process subscriptions and credit purchases, prevent abuse, moderate prompts, communicate service messages, provide support, investigate failures and improve the service.

We do not sell personal data.

Prompts and uploaded images may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers solely to perform the requested analysis, rendering or editing. Text supplied for image generation is screened through Creem's Moderation API before generation to enforce our acceptable-use rules.

We use specialist providers for hosting, databases, file delivery, analytics, email, AI processing, content moderation and payments. These may include Vercel, Neon, UploadThing, PostHog, Resend, Creem, Google, OpenRouter and fal.ai. They process data under their own contractual and security obligations.

Creem acts as merchant of record for purchases. RetailInterior does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Creem processes payment, tax, invoicing and related fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. You can request account deletion from Settings. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own using applicable transfer safeguards. RetailInterior is a professional service and is not intended for children under 16.
